Peer Support & Treatment Coordination
We are here to support you!
Peer Recovery Support, Case Management and Treatment Coordination are available and are encouraged to be utilized by all individuals that we serve.
Peer Recovery Support Services
Peer Recovery Support is a service delivered by individuals who are living a life in recovery and have similar experiences to the people whom they are serving. Abria Recovery provides recovery-oriented care to help individuals experiencing Co-Occurring Disorders to strengthen skills learned in treatment and integrate them into daily living to increase self-sufficiency.Peer support services may include education, advocacy, mentoring through self-disclosure of personal recovery experiences, attending recovery and other support groups with a client and accompanying the client to appointments that support recovery.
Case Management Services
Case management is provided to assist clients with obtaining necessary services to meet basic needs or to support the recovery process. While emphasis is placed on serving individuals with Co-Occurring Disorders, services can also be provided to individuals who are experiencing difficulty with housing, medical care or other basic services. All individuals in our treatment programming will have access to case management services.
Treatment Coordination Services
Treatment coordinators will assist individuals in accessing resources to obtain housing, employment, education, and advocacy services; and nonclinical recovery support to assist the transition from treatment into the recovery community.
